Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your KINTO purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused items in their original KINTO packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
