What materials are used in KINTO products?

Are KINTO glassware and ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our glass and ceramic items are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, products with metallic accents or wooden components should be hand washed. Please check the specific product page or the bottom of the item for care instructions.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer replacement parts for brewers or tumblers?
Yes, we believe in the longevity of our products. We offer replacement silicone rings, lids, and glass carafes for many of our popular collections to ensure you can continue using your favorite KINTO pieces.
How do I care for my Day Off and Travel Tumblers?
To maintain the vacuum insulation performance and powder-coated finish, we recommend hand washing our tumblers. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or steel wool, and keep the silicone seals clean to prevent leaks.
